Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern your use of fplyourno2.com, operated by Your No.2. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.
What we provide
Your No.2 gives Fantasy Premier League guidance and entertainment: weekly briefings, captain and transfer suggestions, chip timing and related tools. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
No guaranteed results
FPL involves chance and factors outside anyone's control. Our recommendations are for information and entertainment only. We do not guarantee any particular rank, points total or outcome, and all decisions you make with your team are your own.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use one account per person.
Subscriptions and payment
We offer a free tier and a paid Squad membership (£2.99 per month or £19.99 per season), billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change, and we will give notice of any change before it applies to you.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. For billing questions, cancellations or refund requests, contact hello@fplyourno2.com.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the backroom characters and branding are owned by Your No.2. You may use the service for your own personal FPL management but not reproduce or resell it.
Third-party data
We use data from the official Fantasy Premier League API and other sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of that third-party data.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your No.2 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for FPL outcomes arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
