Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what personal data Your No.2 ("we", "us") collects when you use fplyourno2.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who we are
Your No.2 operates fplyourno2.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@fplyourno2.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Account details — your email address and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google instead.
- Your FPL team ID — the ID you enter so we can build your briefing.
- Public FPL data — your team, transfers, points and mini-league data retrieved from the official Fantasy Premier League API using the team ID you provide.
- Payment information — if you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store your card details.
- Communications — emails we send you and whether you open or click them, so we can send briefings and improve them.
- Usage analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (via Plausible) about how pages are used. This does not identify you.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To provide your briefings and run your account — performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of our contract.
- To improve the product, keep it secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests.
- To send marketing or non-essential emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosting, authentication and database.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional and briefing emails.
- Plausible — cookieless usage analytics.
Some providers may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies needed to keep you signed in. Our analytics are cookieless.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access a copy of your data
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time

Children
Your No.2 is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
